Meeting Minutes

February 1, 2007

Members Present: Phil Knicky, Chris Zuerlein, Dick VanHaute, Christine Yanovich, Roger McCartney, Fran Harrison, Mark Narke, Jim Farhart, Chris Overkamp and Valarie Galing

Opening Prayer: Lead by Dick VanHaute

Principal’s Report:

• In the month of February all the gym classes will be jumping rope for the American Heart Associations Jump Rope for Heart campaign
• First Reconciliation for the second graders will take place on two Saturdays in February
• Seventh and Eighth grader teams will be participating in the Wits Clash competition at Roncalli
• Parent Teacher conference will be held on February 26th and 27th with no school on the 28th
• March 6th will be the second St. Columbkille Gambinos day
• The first round of teacher evaluations are done and she is getting ready to start the second round

Pastor’s Report:

• None

President’s Report:

• SAC will pair up with HSA to provide a trail mix snack on Tuesday evening of March Mission week in the social level
• We need to begin recruiting 3 new members to start their 3 year term beginning at the start of the 2007-2008 school year
• Created questions for the school portion of the online survey
• Next session we will review series 2 in policy sections 1-3
