What on Earth am I here for?

Pentecost Sunday, May 11, 2008, we will invite parishioners and friends to commit or recommit to being Prayer Walkers and Drivers.  This year we will also offer a "Direct Line" Prayer program. Sign-up will be held after all the Masses the weekend of May 10 and 11.  Sign-up can also be done below using Email.

Be a Direct-Line PRAY-er

1. Download and print the SPIRITuality ALIVE Prayer card

2. E-mail your name and phone number to .

3. Jean Marie will send you 6 or 8 parishioners to pray for during May, June and July. Really pray each day asking the Holy SPIRIT to inspire these folks to participate in the SPIRITuality ALIVE program.

4. Early in August, call each person. Tell them that you have been praying for them for three months.

5. Invite each one to join a faith sharing group--if they respond positively, invite them to join your group or a group you are starting

OR

6. Call 402-593-9214 or e-mail . Give her the names and phone numbers. She will find groups for them.

Be a PRAY-er Walker/Driver

1. Download and print the SPIRITuality ALIVE Prayer card.

2. E-mail your name, phone number and the geographical area of town you would like to pray for to .

3. Either walk or drive through this area every day or as often as possible. Really pray asking the Holy SPIRIT to inspire the folks in this area to participate in the SPIRITuality ALIVE program.

4. In August, if you are a host or would like to be a host, display a SPIRITuality ALIVE sign in your yard.

5. Call 402-593-9214  or email  if you are starting a new group and need a sign.

6. Invite your neighbors and the folks you have been praying for to participate in your group.
