O Most Holy Trinity, we praise You and we thank You for bringing us together as one family. Father, we humbly ask to hear Your voice. Guide us in sharing your gift of mercy. Lord Jesus, You call us each by name. Help us to trust in Your teachings as we strive to answer your call. Holy Spirit, let Your peace take root in our hearts. Guide us to be disciples of Christ and faithful stewards of your gifts. Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, may our Saint Columbkille community be a place where all are welcome and can grow in faith, hope and love. We ask this through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.

Where We Are

We’ve passed $6 million in commitments, with over $2 million already in cash. Prior to this effort, the highest campaign total in parish history was $1.5 million. Phase I is fully paid for and construction crews have begun removing our old AC units and preparing for our new ones to be delivered by Christmas. As a parish family, we should be proud of these milestones. Congratulations!

With Phase I fully funded, we turn our attention to Phase II – Our new Parish Center. Parish Leadership and our Facilities Team are fully committed to breaking ground on Phase II next summer. We have begun design meetings with our architect, Al Povondra of Carlson West Povondra Architects to create the official designs for our building. These are exciting times at St. Columbkille, and none of it would be happening without your support!

Naming opportunities are available for rooms in the new parish center. This could include your family, a loved one, or even a favorite teacher or priest. Families interested in this opportunity can contact Fr. Dave at the parish office, 402-339-3285. A recognition display will be created in the new parish center to serve as a perpetual thank-you to all who sacrificed for this effort.

Where We're Going

Our parish has begun a three-phase Capital Campaign to improve A/C units and the Social Hall, build a Parish Center and gym, and expand the Narthex of the church. You can watch this video of our Campaign Presentation to learn more about each phase and the campaign itself, or read more in the Campaign Newsletters.
