Fr. Tom Greisen grew up on a farm around the small communities of Cornlea and Humphrey, NE.  His Mom is now 91 years old and living near his sister and her family in Topeka, KS.  His father died sixteen years ago already … hard to believe!  In addition, he has a brother who lives with his family near Sacramento, CA.  His eldest sister, whose family resides in Grand Island, NE, passed away from an autoimmune disease a year ago.  All told, he lives among nine nieces and nephews, six of whom are married and celebrate the liveliness and “noise” of twenty-two grand-nieces/nephews!

Over the past twenty-six years, Fr. Tom's priestly ministry has been focused around formal spiritual formation and spiritual direction—at various times for college seminarians, lay ministers, and priests.  He is excited to return to the diversity of parish ministry at St. Columbkille, where he looks forward to meeting you and serving you in your journey on the call to holiness.
