As Ministry Leaders, it is important we take time for personal prayer and formation in order to continue our own journeys to be ever-more like Jesus. This time for prayer and reflection also equips us to better guide members of our ministry groups to do the same.
Each month, the parish will provide a 5-7-minute video reflection to accompany A Leader's Journey: A Guide for Spiritual Growth and Parish Leadership. You can do these reflections on your own at home, or with your leadership teams if your ministry is led by a team of volunteers.
