The Women’s Guild welcomes all ladies of the parish to participate in its activities.

There are no dues. The Guild is affiliated with the Archdiocesan Omaha Urban Council of Catholic Women.

Service projects include funding and serving funeral luncheons to parish families at the death of their loved one. Other projects include cooking a meal to be served at the Stephen Center, helping fund parish Rosary Making and Shawl Ministry groups, providing snacks for the Midlands Hospital ICU basket, funding two scholarships for graduating 8th graders from St. Columbkille Catholic School or the Religious Formation class who will attend a Catholic high school, helping to fund the parish’s Senior Happy Club, and purchasing various equipment needed in the Social Hall, Steinhausen Center, and church.

The Women’s Guild hosts receptions for new Deacons joining the parish, our beloved priests who are reassigned, and as requested by the Pastor.

Fundraisers include the Lenten Fish Fry dessert table, the annual “Cookie Walk” in December, two or three bake sales, and donations from funeral luncheons. Please join the Women’s Guild, which offers its members a sense of Christian community and hope to kindle friendships that will last a lifetime.
