The Senior Exercise Program provides opportunities for community exercise nearly every day
through Senior Exercise class, Tai Chi, Line Dancing, and Yoga Fitness. Come whenever you can - there is no cost. Most classes are in the Social Hall or Steinhausen Center, and current class offerings include:
Monday at 9:15 a.m.
Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m.
Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
Fridays at 9:15 a.m.
Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.
