The Senior Exercise Program provides opportunities for community exercise nearly every day
through Senior Exercise class, Tai Chi, Zumba and Yoga Fitness. Come whenever you can - there is no cost. Most classes are in the Social Hall or the McWilliams Parish Center, and current class offerings include:
Senior Exercise
Monday at 9:15 a.m.
Tai Chi
Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
Zumba
Thursdays 9:15 a.m.
Yoga Fitness
Saturdays at 7:00 a.m.
